About reviews on GR, I wanted to select "Yes, as usual", but my mousse selected "Yes, but less often" - :), and now it won't let me change. Sorry.

I haven’t really considered changing my use of Goodreads, but in the chat for an arc team I am on the moderator told us not to mention arcs on Goodreads because Amazon will ban reviewers who mention arcs. I was banned on Amazon once but with the phrase “ voluntarily “ and “gifted arc” as opposed to the statement “ in exchange for “ I haven’t had any issues. The question of whether to distrust Goodreads is unsettling especially given that they are purposefully requiring that we identify how we are getting our early copies. What do you think?

I review on Goodreads, Amazon, Storygraph, BookBub, and Tome .....my hope is that this will help with more exposure for the authors allowing me the opportunity to read their books early!

I review on goodreads and insta and I keep track on a page in my diary. I love handwriting! I'm actually pleased that Goodreads is making the distinction. Love your content :)

This is great info :) thanks for being so proactive in the ARC scene, it’s so helpful for indie authors and readers!

I hate goodreads and only use it to review indie books, because I want to help them gain visibility. The StoryGraph is where I live, and I’m constantly screaming about it to get people to use it instead. 🤣 But as an ARC reader, I review everywhere I can to make sure the book is getting a bump on every platform it’s on. 🤘
